著名女高音歌唱家董宁，以一曲“好日子” 为开业仪式拉开序幕。Burwood市市长 John Faker在致辞中说: “ Burwood 是个多民族聚居的城区，华裔居民占比非常高，区内的中国城商业繁荣，尤其是各种风味的中餐厅，享有盛誉。金味阁兰州牛肉面，以传统手工制作工艺，传承中国西北饮食特色，丰富了澳洲当地的饮食文化，一定会受到大众的喜爱，预祝 “金味阁 ” 生意兴隆！
知名侨领、九十多岁的周光明先生说:“ 晓春和理丽夫妇，有冲劲和闯劲，经商多年，涉及到各个领域，现在又进军餐饮业。相信他们。一定能够取得成功。”
十一时三十分，吉时已到，由李逸仙、John Faker、陈星惠、蔡定杰等人手执金剪，为金味阁开业剪彩。随后精彩的舞狮表演，吸引了众多的路人驻足观赏，把开业仪式推向高潮。

“ 金味阁 ” 牛肉面餐厅坐落于 258 Burwood Rd, Burwood。在烹饪手法上，拉面是现场纯手工制作，面香悠然，口感软糯。汤料则是当天鲜炖，选择优质食材，慢火熬炖而成 。主理大厨李小龙先生，厨师科班出身，已有二十多年在中国和澳洲的掌厨经验， 经他妙手烹调的兰州牛肉面，汤汁浓郁，香气逼人，醇而不腻。

At the heart of our menu are the traditional Lanzhou beef noodles, a dish celebrated for its meticulous composition known as “one clear, two white, three red, four green, five yellow.” This refers to the clear broth, white radishes, red chilli oil, green coriander, garlic sprouts, and distinctly yellow hand-pulled noodles that come in eight different styles to cater to varied tastes. Each element is carefully prepared to maintain its unique identity while harmoniously blending to create a symphony of flavours in a bowl.

Making our noodles is an art, a performance that delights both the eyes and the taste buds. Our noodle master skilfully stretches the dough into long strands, dusting them with flour before swinging them in a rhythmic motion until they become fine, silk-like noodles. Day 1: A $5 per bowl offer applies to the first bowl of noodles purchased.
Day 2: Buy one bowl, get one free offer applies to the lesser or equal value bowl.
Day 3: Buy one bowl, get the second at 50% off; the discount applies to the lesser-value bowl.

Early Bird and Night Owl Specials
Be among the first 50 customers from 11 AM to 2 PM or another 50 after 5:30 PM each day to avail of the special offers.
Offers are limited to the first 100 customers per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Limitations
Limit of one offer redemption per person per day.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
